B - GENERAL BUILDING CONTRACTOR LICENSE #873227

The Experience Behind Wisemen

Wisemen Construction is led by James Navarro, whose construction career spans more than 45 years. His experience includes working in the field, serving as a foreman, superintendent, licensed contractor, and owner.

That experience shapes more than how the work gets built. James believes a good contractor should listen first, understand what the client is actually trying to accomplish, and then help turn that vision into a realistic plan.

His approach is grounded in straightforward communication, accountability, respect for the client’s investment, and following through on what was promised. After decades in the industry, he understands that construction can be complicated enough without adding unnecessary stress to the client’s experience.

For James, the goal isn’t simply to build something well. It’s to build it with the same care and responsibility he would expect if it were his own.
